Just one tiny detail...I don't think it's a very good idea to have the word error in the titlebar...since it's not really an error. Otherwise it should cover the cases when a license need to be agreed to.

Sweet.

But yeah, it's probably not an "Error", and text on buttons should be capitalized and probably describe actions to perform ("Accept the Agreement") rather than declarations ("I Accept the Agreement").

Agreed that Error should go. Repeating License required is about the best thing I can think of.

And agreed that Cancel should be something about not accepting the agreement.

Is the user going to be able to hit I accept without reading the whole thing? While I do get annoyed with software that does that I do think encouraging knowing what you agree to is good.

I was thinking along the lines of

"Accept Agreement" [You have sold your soul]
"Skip package" [this will skip it's dependencies as well, somewhat difficult to implement?]
"Cancel Upgrade" [short-circuit the upgrade/installation]
"Help"

PS: Please enable OpenID comments :-/
Or is the spam attacking your blog comments via OpenID as well?

Hmm, skipping packages gets very complicated very quickly. I'll think on it tho.

Also, enabling OpenID requires anonymous posters, so i get tons of spam. I'll blog about it.
